How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?
As a travel blogger, setbacks are just part of the adventure. I once missed a connecting flight and was stuck in a city I hadn’t planned to visit. Frustrated at first, I decided to make the most of it—and ended up discovering hidden gems, meeting incredible locals, and writing one of my most popular travel stories.
That experience taught me that failure isn’t the end; it’s often a redirection toward something unexpected and even better. Now, I embrace travel mishaps as opportunities, knowing that the best stories come from the unplanned moments.
