As a travel blogger, I love that Lisbon is a perfect hub — one day you’re writing from a beach café in Cascais, the next you’re hopping on a €20 flight to explore another corner of Europe.

But it’s more than convenience. Lisbon has soul. Fado music drifting from tiny taverns, neighbourhoods that still feel local, and sunsets that make you pause — every single time. It’s creative, laid-back, affordable compared to many capitals, and endlessly inspiring for someone who lives and breathes travel.
